I can’t say enough good things about Ms. Cheryl! From the very beginning, she was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel like she wanted the best for me—not just to close a deal. We looked at several homes that I really liked, but what I appreciated most was that she wasn’t afraid to give me her honest opinion. She would point out things I may not have noticed and always encouraged me to make the decision that was right for me. During the closing process, Ms. Cheryl was incredibly helpful and caught errors such as double charges that worked in my favor.
