Cheryl did an amazing job finding a home for me. I did my initial search on the Redfin App. Once I found a house I wanted to tour, I scheduled through the app, and Cheryl contacted me. She showed me the home and then recommended we expand our search to other similar properties in the area. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Once I decided on a home, she gave me advice on the initial offer and subsequent negotiation. She expedited the home inspection process and she helped me find a mortgage broker I could work with. Cheryl Siegfried will exceed anyone's expectations as an agent tenfold. When I was referred, I could have been assigned any Redfin agent. Thankfully it was Cheryl. I'm a first time all cash home buyer that was unable to see the home in person prior to purchasing. Cheryl put any fears I had to rest immediately. The first home I liked, she talked me out of, and that told me a lot about her character.
