Christian is an amazing real estate agent whose results speak for themselves. I never realized how valuable a realtor was until I worked with Christian. When I bought a house with him, he provided excellent recommendations for a home inspector and used his adept negotiating to help us to get the property for less than asking. Then, when we sold a house with him, he provided a superb market assessment and priced our house to sell quickly (9 offers, under contract in less than a week) and at 4% over asking with no contingencies. His communication is very good and he is also very organized. I would strongly encourage giving Christian an opportunity to be your realtor, I would not hesitate to use him again and recommend him to everybody I know.
