She provided clear instructions and timely communications during each major milestone of the process ensuring that all actions that were needed from us were completed in a timely fashion. She assisted with negotiating with a biased agent from the seller's side who was intent on steam rolling us throughout the process. Her recommendation for the inspection company was spot on, which I can see utilizing their services for yearly inspections or future real estate projects due to their high attention to detail and regards to my particular health conditions. I cannot recommend her services enough!

Christine was so easy to talk to, like conversing with someone you knew for many years. We were amazed at her particular knowledge of the areas we were interested in, as well as her general real estate knowledge. Amazingly, the very first tonwhome we immediately wanted to put in a bid for, but missed the offer by 15 minutes, but then the 2nd townhome is the home we purchased so quite the track record. This is a huge refection on Christine because my wife is extremely picky on where she wants to live and being a previous realtor. Hard worker, great to work with. Would work with her again in a heartbeat. She strives to get the best deal for her client, she listens to what her clients want and makes it happen. We had some tough deals to make and she stayed on top of dotting all her i’s and crossing all her t’s and holding the other party to the contract. She negotiated very well. We put in a couple different offers and on the second one we closed on a house in April. It’s a very nice home in a great community. She recommended a very good lender. I appreciate all her hard work and she truly cares about the people she works with. If you’re looking for a very good agent I highly recommend using Christine.
