I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I can remember as a young girl all I ever wanted was to drive and own a home. I am officially a first-time home buyer, and I wouldn’t have wanted to go through this process with anyone other than Chris Haraism. Chris worked with us for months, house after house, offer after offer, we got beat up a few times, I wanted to call it quits but he kept our head in the game and we moved forward, he never once gave up on us. Each house we toured myself and my boyfriend had things we liked and didn’t like about each home. We always seemed to be opposite of each other’s likes and dislikes but Chris always gave us his thoughts on each property so we could look at it from a different perspective and it helped tremendously! Chris became so in tune with our thoughts and what we were looking for he would get the words “onto the next one” out of our mouths before we could. If you ask me, it doesn’t get any better than that! In this crazy market, you need advocate, someone who truly cares and isn’t out here to look at you like a paycheck. One last note, the home we purchased is directly across the street from the first house we put an offer on. The listing price on our home was a bit high so I was nervous about writing an offer just to be denied again, but Chris knew exactly what we had to do to win it & we did, way under asking price too!
