I would definitely recommend Courtney if you’re in need of a realtor. He made us feel comfortable and was able to answer any questions that we had during the listing process. He has excellent communication; which was important to us. Another thing that impressed us was the professional photos that he used for the listing. We also used Courtney to show us a lot of properties and he made sure to let us know as soon as something he thought we would be interested in was listed. Courtney is your guy whether listing or looking to purchase.

Courtney was wonderful. He worked with us for about 6 months to help up find the perfect home for us. He was extremely professional and organized, he not only would get all the information on all the houses we looked at, but when we found the perfect home he made us a binder of all the things about our home to be able to reference. He also recently sold our previous house and was able to get it sold in less than a week of it being on the market! I would absolutely recommend using Courtney for any of your real estate needs!!!
