Courtney brings even more to the table. The foundation of her area knowledge, crucial for any real estate broker, reaches back six generations and includes her highly esteemed grandfather, John Olsen, who developed a large portion of Hillsboro. “As a child, I remember going out with him scouting different properties in Tanasbourne. I think real estate must be in my blood – it’s my dream career.”

Along with her successful career, Courtney is also the proud mom of two teens and an enthusiastic and devoted supporter of Shriners Hospitals. “As a young child, my daughter required multiple surgeries at Shriners, so I know firsthand what an amazing, worthwhile organization it is.” In her free time, Courtney is an avid golfer and a passionate fan of basketball, eagerly cheering on her children’s teams and the Portland Trail Blazers.

Courtney is awesome. She knows everyone in the area and problem solves like her life depends on it. She worked her a** off on our behalf, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and was truly a partner in selling our home. An unequal partner at that, meaning she was the champion of the group project that my husband and I just skated by on...showing up to the final presentation and we got a A+.
