It has been an absolute joy and honor to have met Dawne. Our family feels extremely lucky that by chance she became our agent who soon turned into our favorite person! She is a highly dedicated and hard working person, she takes into account every tiny detail and makes you feel important/cared for every step of the way! She helped our family find our dream home and it took a while because we had something very specific in mind. She went above and beyond to make sure this home met all our requirements and needs. Before I finished my sale with Dawne I was already handing out her information to anyone that would listen. I am still almost a month later in shock over the extreme customer service and kindness I received from her. I had been toying with buying a house for 5 years and seriously began my search in October of 2020. In my journey I was dismayed to have agents tell me that I needed to look for less and bid 50,000 above asking. When I first agreed to a Redfin visit, I had no idea that they are literally changing the structure of the real estate game in favor of the buyers and sellers. I felt like my happiness and success were not just a goal but the ONLY goal. Without taking pages and pages to write out what happened, I can only surmise this by saying this transaction belongs in a Hallmark movie and absolutely had divine intervention. The entire way Dawne was my advocate. Her professionalism and care can't be praised higher. Thank you to all involved.

Dawne was incredible through this whole process. As out of state buyers, we were in the middle of selling, a big move, and not knowing the area very well. Dawne was a resource for us on locations, schools, and great local places to check out upon our move. She was responsive, always covid safe, and just such a friendly and kind person. I would recommend Dawne to anyone looking to buy a home in the area. She is knowledgeable, professional, and prompt.
