Before I finished my sale with Dawne I was already handing out her information to anyone that would listen. I am still almost a month later in shock over the extreme customer service and kindness I received from her. I had been toying with buying a house for 5 years and seriously began my search in October of 2020. In my journey I was dismayed to have agents tell me that I needed to look for less and bid 50,000 above asking. When I first agreed to a Redfin visit, I had no idea that they are literally changing the structure of the real estate game in favor of the buyers and sellers. I felt like my happiness and success were not just a goal but the ONLY goal. Without taking pages and pages to write out what happened, I can only surmise this by saying this transaction belongs in a Hallmark movie and absolutely had divine intervention. The entire way Dawne was my advocate. Her professionalism and care can't be praised higher. Thank you to all involved.
