Before I finished my sale with Dawne I was already handing out her information to anyone that would listen. I am still almost a month later in shock over the extreme customer service and kindness I received from her. I had been toying with buying a house for 5 years and seriously began my search in October of 2020. In my journey I was dismayed to have agents tell me that I needed to look for less and bid 50,000 above asking. When I first agreed to a Redfin visit, I had no idea that they are literally changing the structure of the real estate game in favor of the buyers and sellers. I felt like my happiness and success were not just a goal but the ONLY goal. Dawne went above and beyond for us in this crazy housing market of 2020. It was a seller's market and we got out bid by a few times and Dawne was so helpful and patient with our different directs of houses we looked at, in the end we got the perfect house for us and it was because of Dawne. We're kind of lost now not looking at homes almost every weekend seeing Dawne. Dawne has such a great and bubbly yet professional personality, it will defiantly be missed. Dawne single-handedly made my first time home buying experience the most relaxed, fun, positive experience. She was so honest and supportive about every house we toured and every decision I made.
