It was a pleasure working with Dan toward the sale of our home. Dan was both personable and professional. He anticipated issues and worked through their resolutions before them became problems. Dan seamlessly executed the “open house” by himself interfacing with potential buyers and other realtors. He then, in a timely manner efficiently addressed each offer providing feedback and professional consult. This lead to a problem free sale of our home. Dan was the best Real Estate Agent I have ever talked to, much less worked with. He is knowledgeable, very hard working. He returned my calls, texts and phone calls with in minutes. (Unheard of these days). His personality is wonderful and he is professional and ethical. He listens and responds to your concerns. Everything you want in an Agent but can never find, at least I couldn’t, until Dan.
