Dan has a good understanding of the area and individual buildings. He always made time to show me units even with only last minute notice.

Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with, he made the buying process incredibly easy and listened to our wants/don't wants and was able to help us find our dream property, quick too! We weren't even planning on buying for a few months and within a week we had an offer in on our property. Our closing process was a bit turbulent (the seller's attorney was not easy to work with) but Dan was there every step of the way and made it go as smooth as possible given the circumstances. We've been in our house for a few months and we still keep Dan in the loop on our home renovations! Hopefully we don't have to buy again in Chicago, but if we do, I know the first person I'm calling.
