Dan has been a real godsend. Thanks to very specific needs for a house, my spouse and I had been searching fruitlessly for months. One single question sent to Dan regarding one of the houses we wanted to view led to a brief exchange of information and a couple weeks later, he found us just we needed. Dan was responsive, tireless, asked the right questions and provided the answers we needed to find our home and we are very grateful for all of his efforts and determination.
