About Daniel
Being a Baltimore based Realtor has been an extremely rewarding career that has allowed me to help families from all over experience what my city has to offer. Living in the city that serves as my primary market allows me to know the neighborhoods on a personal level, which in turn allows me to relay the insight of a true local to my clients. While I live in Patterson Park, I have worked on deals all over the city, in neighborhoods including, but not limited to Riverside, Pig Town, Forest Park, Fells Point, Canton, Highlandtown, Edgewood, Mount Vernon, Butchers Hill, Bolton Hill, and Union Square. In every neighborhood I pride myself on always being able to point out the local attractions, whether it's a new coffee shop, the night life, a great restaurant, or just the best shopping.
On the business side as a Realtor with in depth experience when it comes to negotiating the absolute best deal I pride myself on how many of my clients use my services multiple times. I am someone who pays close attention to the details and cultivates relationships with all of the best partners, whether those are home stagers, local lenders, the best title companies or something as simple as a quality photographer. My clients know that when they retain me their transaction is going to be simple, and get them the best price.

In July 2024 I relocated to Baltimore from out of state. Daniel was very helpful in that process as I was searching for a condominium, while I was out of state and after I arrived here. He negotiated in my interest to complete the deal to my satisfaction and made it a smooth process!
