Dana was amazing! She helped us every step of the way, was always available and ready for a last minute viewing. Dana was very knowledgeable not only about the real estate market, but also an expert on the area and the community as a whole. She was always quick to answer all our questions, phone calls, and did a phenomenal job getting us our new home. Would absolutely recommend!

She found several places for me quickly and listened to what I was looking for. She stayed within my price range and answered any questions I had at any time of day. She’s awesome!

She's still a little green for an agent. I insisted that the Sold be taken off & pending be displayed until settlement, that took 6 days: said she would do it the 1st thing in the morning. Docu sign she was very aggressive- ex: HOA sign off, which I and the rep. (especially) informed her that that will be the last form issued. Mentioned that a lot of time & money on her behalf invested; not true, I accepted the 1st offer & a couple of days later she went to Germany- the buyers agent filled in. No professional photographs & other agent expensive (of any large amount) was spent. I gave her a very easy sell with other agents wanting that sell! As far as her review, she asked me if I was going to give her a good review. My reply was" do not worry about it ". With some professional guidance an a little tune-up she'll be fine.
