We appreciate her ability to navigate through some of the challenges we faced. An area I would encourage her to work on is communicating details. She has been doing this for many years and I can tell she knows her stuff. As a first time buyer I would have liked more thorough explanations regarding the process especially towards the end. At times I felt like I needed to pursue things and at one point didn’t get an answer. I don’t doubt that she had the answers or knew what was going on. I would have been more at ease if things were explained in advance and more in depth.
