In the past I have both bought and sold real estate without a real estate agent in part to save on that commission which can be very sizable. That said, there was no way I could've been as successful at selling this house during a Pandemic as Daniel Shalvardzhyan. Daniel’s ability to pivot during this Pandemic was extremely impressive.
