We are taught in sales to know the numbers - know the amount of money we want to make, and set our goals accordingly. That does not resonate with me; I set my goals based on how many clients I want to help. I try to treat every client the same - it doesn't matter to me the size of the deal, the value of the property, or how much commission I stand to make. I believe I was called to this business to help people - families moving to make a fresh beginning, young couples just starting out, retirees setting out on new adventures, first-time homebuyers navigating the process of buying a home - everyone needs a realtor they can trust, and I try to be that person.
