I am a native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn and raised in the suburbs of Long Island. I attended the University of New Haven where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law Enforcement Science. For twenty-five years I faithfully served as a police officer, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant. I
still have the drive to serve and help people, this time by helping people find their dream home, much like I did when I relocated to North Carolina. I understand that the process of purchasing or selling a home is a huge financial and mental investment. Working with David was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. He is incredibly personable, attentive, and truly dedicated to his clients. Relocating from Virginia to Raleigh could have been overwhelming, especially while building a new home, but David made the entire process feel seamless. He guided us every step of the way, kept us informed, and made sure everything stayed on track. What really stood out was his responsiveness and initiative. David addressed all of our concerns with a strong sense of urgency, which gave us real peace of mind throughout the process. He also took the time to think ahead for us—bringing up important questions for the home builder that we hadn’t even considered. On top of that, David is a bit of a night owl like us and was always willing to respond to our late-night questions, even when we didn’t expect an immediate reply. His professionalism, care, and commitment made this such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Appreciate all David's help! David was always had great communication and took a lot of time to work with us on our home purchase. Through the search process, David was always open to show yet one more house, and was never pushy. And then through the buying process, David was very thorough and knowledgeable, ensuring all documents were ready to go for a smooth closing.
