We can’t say enough good things about working with David during our home search. We looked at homes across four different cities, and through every showing, question, and change in direction, he remained patient, positive, and eager to help. What could have been an overwhelming process felt manageable because of his dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care for helping us find the right home, not just any home. He was knowledgeable about each area, always quick to arrange showings, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His professionalism, communication, and commitment truly stood out, and we are so grateful for all the time and effort he invested in helping our family find the perfect place. David and team were very patient and accommodating to my needs. I really didn’t know where I wanted to live and what kind of house, so I scheduled showings all over the RDU area. I lost count of how many houses I saw. I appreciate David’s candor and advice as far as strategies for making an offer. In the end I am very pleased with the house I did buy.

Appreciate all David's help! David was always had great communication and took a lot of time to work with us on our home purchase. Through the search process, David was always open to show yet one more house, and was never pushy. And then through the buying process, David was very thorough and knowledgeable, ensuring all documents were ready to go for a smooth closing. I felt that my buying experience was much more streamlined than some of my friends. Would recommend David to others for sure.
