David has helped me with two home sales during times of family crisis - once for my sister and again for my cousin. He consistently went the extra mile for us doing things that no other agent would likely do. He was compassionate and caring and his knowledge of real estate rules and procedures is unparalleled. He is an exceptional advocate. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else but David!
