Not sure there are adequate words to describe how incredible David is as not only a realtor, but as person. From the moment we met him there was an instant connection and thorough understanding of our needs. He was empathetic, funny, charismatic, driven and laser focused on our needs giving the impression we were his only clients. If not for him, we would not be in our home now. Every hurdle that presented itself was met by immediate and persistent resistance by him which ultimately saved our deal for us. Even when we wanted to give up, he wouldn't let us and did everything he could to keep our spirits up while taking on our stresses himself. This man should be teaching classes on this. "Thank you David." just doesn't feel as if it is enough.
