Working with David was awesome; he was upbeat and positive but also honest, hardworking, patient, and trustworthy, and not at all pushy. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him; he responded very quickly to all our queries and showed us through several potential investment properties prior to the one we ended up buying. We had to move very quickly to secure this property; he did a great job getting us in to view on day one and then negotiating on our behalf. I really enjoyed working with David and would happily recommend him to others.
