David made arrangements to show us several houses in the area. Each time, he was at the house before us, ready to greet us when we arrived. After closing on the house that we purchased through David, because we were out of state, he was instrumental in getting contractors into the house after the purchase but before we moved in. This was a HUGE help. David is a very honest and conscientious young man. I referred him to my mother-in-law and he was able to locate a house for her in the same area, and he assisted her in the same manner as he did us. I highly recommend him!
