About David
I come from a real estate family as both my father and grandfather were realtors and real estate investors. I began working with them at the age of 12, did go for type stuff like pounding signs in properties and typing leases. Later in my life, I led our family into subdividing some of our properties up to 50 home subdivisions which we built and sold, we also rehabbed many buildings anywhere 10,000 to 40,000 sqft and created value. I eventually got my license in 2010. What this brings to my customers is a vast knowledge of real estate from my previous 40 years of being involved in real estate and transactions.
Besides my wealth of knowledge, I have always had an educational side to me, as I worked at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Keller Williams and for both companies, I have always coached young agents to help them become better realtors. I believe I teach Sellers and Buyers on the process of buying and selling and also on the ins and outs of the market.
What I love is helping people create wealth for themselves, I especially love giving the keys to 1st-time buyers as they start their path to wealth. At the same time, I work well with people moving up into the Luxury market as I have extensive knowledge of that too. I cater my speed and education to each client’s specific needs and wants.
I have the great fortune of having studied in Germany at the Freie Universitat in Berlin and also in the Universitat in Heidelberg for a couple of years, so I do speak German. I’m also fortunate because my wife who went to Stanford, originally is from Seoul Korea, so I do well with the ways and customs of the East. I had one Korean monk tell me I was Korean in my previous life. She is a broker so helps with Korean clients if ever needed.

David was fantastic to work with. Probably the most thoughtful agent I have had the privilege to have on my home buying team. He helped my wife and I better understand what we wanted and needed out of a new home, and was patient with us along the way as our situation evolved. Over the course of a couple of years off and on (our changing circumstances) David stuck with us, helping us get into the perfect condo. Even after our deal closed and we moved in, he still checks in with us and helps us out with issues that come up or additions that we are considering.
