There were some early complications in clearing the title because of my husband's previous death, but Debbie recommended an exceptional real estate attorney who simplified that part of the process. Debbie did an amazing job at providing us with the information we needed to navigate the purchase of a home unlike one we have had prior experience with. Debbie has a very useful knowledge of the Western Pudget Sound and Peninsula. She was able to walk us through different land development issues, septic, HOA, flood, water, etc. She was calm and incredibly responsive. She sourced great locations to visit, and when it came time to close she absolutely got it done. Lastly, Debbie was a really lovely person to get to know. Our family really felt a personal connection to her.

Debbie is excellent. She explains everything, and gets involved in all things. She came by the house to make recommendation based on her experience on what buyers like to see etc. Because of her involvement, my house went live (MLS) on Jan 26, at noon and at 4 pm I had an offer...We accepted the offer the next day before the deadline giving other prospective buyers a chance.
