Deb was extremely knowledgeable and her bedside manner is calm and professional! She was a delight throughout the entire process. She was never pushy and had lightning speed response! She knew the area and the market, and after a few months , I found the perfect home ! I will most definitely recommend her to all family and friends.

Debra did not do a complete walkthrough the day of our closing. She ran the water, but did not check if it became hot. If she had done this, we would have found out the circuit breaker was turned off for the hot water heater. When we turned it back on the night we closed, the hot water heater went and flooded the entire room. This all happened within 12 hours of closing and cost us $3500. Would not have happened if she followed a walkthrough checklist. She also didn’t notice that a 4 foot tall filing cabinet was left against the back of the house. Third problem was that she was not often available to let us in the home. She was not able to meet our home inspector so the seller’s realtor had to let him in. She also wasn’t available to show us the house a second time because she was busy. Sellers realtor had to let us in then too.

Agent Response:
I appreciate the feedback shared by this customer. This is the first poor review I’ve received throughout my 10-year real estate career. I take great pride that my clients are happy with their purchase and they are most important to me. The hot water was working at the time of the walkthrough. The home inspector noted in his report that the hot water heater was an aged unit that soon needed to be replaced. The customer was advised in the inspector's report to hire a plumber prior to move in, however, the customer declined. I tried to accommodate the additional showing requests rearranging my schedule on a Sunday, but the homeowner canceled. Unfortunately, the file cabinet in the backyard was hidden under a pile of snow. I did my absolute best to help and definitely make a point to provide detailed information about the process for all clients and work diligently to accommodate their needs.5.0
