I started my real estate career here in Nashville back in 2004. Going through the ups and downs like the crash late 2008, a decade of growth & then the covid lockdowns and explosive market that followed, has given me a unique insight that you will find invaluable regardless of whether you are buying or selling (or both). BONUS, working with Redfin allows me to build relationships with my clients in a way I couldn't do with any other company & truly allows you to benefit from my experiences. My husband & I moved to Oregon about 3 years but we missed Tennessee and being close to our family. Moving across the country myself though, has given me first hand knowledge into the challenges people face in selling their home and moving to a new area and trying to buy there.
