I started my real estate career here in Nashville back in 2004. Going through the ups and downs like the crash late 2008, a decade of growth & then the covid lockdowns and explosive market that followed, has given me a unique insight that you will find invaluable regardless of whether you are buying or selling (or both). My husband & I moved to Oregon about 3 years but we missed Tennessee and being close to our family.
