Debra is amazing! Very very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to help me out. She even crawled under a low deck and into the crawl space for me to get a video of the crawl space! She handled all of the initial quotes necessary to close and have great recommendations for additional contractors. She saved us money by asking for things I wouldn’t have thought to ask for. She helped me strategically bid so that I didn’t over-spend when I wanted to bid way higher. Debra is the best!

I highly recommend Debra! She is very friendly and proactive, always making sure you have the full backstory on the properties, as well as keeping an eye on the level of interest from buyers and communicating with the sellers. She never pushes, and really tries to make sure the home makes sense for you. Since I was very picky about location and searching more on the passive side, I really appreciated this. Very solid negotiator as well for closing the deal. Overall, I am very satisfied with the house we ended up with and how Debra helped us through the ups and downs of the search process.

Debra is the best. She is a very hard worker who really does her home work. She goes to all the broker open houses and talks to the agents so she has the background on each house. When you go to look at a house, Debra has a list of all of the things the house inspection report indicates needs fixing and an estimate of the cost. If something comes up that looks like a great opportunity, she gets in touch. On the other hand, she never pressures you to make an offer. She is also very patient letting you see as many houses as you need to. I recommend Debra highly.
