I actually ended up working with Todd Comer, from the same firm, and he was excellent. First time homebuyer here. I got hooked up with Todd through Redfin, and I am so happy I did. He was crucial to our success in crafting a successful offer in this hot market. I didn't know an earnest money from a closing cost, and he walked me through all of it. It's been months since closing and he still checks in. He is kind and funny and a joy to work with. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Dede Hall is absolutely fabulous. If there were an 11 rating or above, I'd have chosen that number, because she always goes way beyond. She is professional and warm, intelligent, thorough, quick to reply to any and all inquiries no matter what or when, and anticipates issues and addresses each one fully. I would choose Dede again in a heartbeat. No question.

Dede is a great listener, so she was able to hear what we wanted & to refine our search as we expressed our opinions of various homes. Since we live 1000 miles from where we were looking, Dede previewed homes & took pictures of those she thought would interest us. She was supportive, positive and realistic. Once we made an offer, Dede was available to meet with inspectors and other service providers at the house. She has a wealth of knowledge about real estate and a huge network of providers. Our inspectors found a number of significant issues and these were all addressed. Without Dede's recommendations, we'd have had no idea on whom to call to evaluate these problems. We think Dede is the best!

Her knowledge of local comps enabled us to get top dollar for our renovated 60s home. Her oversight in photographing the home and attention to details in the listing write up brought serious buyers to view and ultimately multiple offers. One of her notable strengths was her impeccable timing and feedback on the virtues of waiting for the right offer.
