With over 20 years of hands-on real estate experience, I firmly believe that passion is the primary driver of successful outcomes in the industry. My journey began in Chicago, Illinois, where I immersed myself in real estate alongside my father, gaining valuable insights into large-scale apartment complexes. This early exposure ignited my passion for real estate, leading me to understand construction, management, and investment principles.
In 2006, I briefly paused my real estate journey to serve my country in the Armed Forces, eventually finding my new home in Washington State in 2011. Starting a construction company in Everett, WA, I focused on serving real estate investors and delved into investing in foreclosure properties. Over the years, I completed over 40 remodels for investors and successfully flipped approximately 25 investment properties of my own between 2011-2017. In 2017, I ventured into a new realm of real estate – land development. Developing 31 homes with new manufactured homes from 2018-2021, I expanded my expertise. My background in construction, land development, and investment provides a unique advantage in assisting homebuyers and sellers at all levels, offering a comprehensive understanding of home conditions, repair assessments, deal identification, and a keen eye for value.

We were able to get this property sold quickly without a bunch of price changes because he took the time to research the area upfront. His communication throughout the process was excellent. He even jumped in to help the buyer and their agent figure out a few details with their lender. I could tell the escrow team really respected him, too. Overall a seamless sale and I would 10/10 work with him again.
