Derek is an excellent realtor and was able to sell my condo in six months. The listing provided the potential buyer with relevant information and many photos. Derek was always available to answer my questions in a timely manner. Due to his many years working as a realtor his insight regarding how the real estate works in Washington was extremely helpful. He was able to sell my condo above asking price. I trust him.

5 Star Service from Derek! Derek took the time to help me figure out the value of my home right from the get go. We were able to get this property sold quickly without a bunch of price changes because he took the time to research the area upfront. His communication throughout the process was excellent. He even jumped in to help the buyer and their agent figure out a few details with their lender. I could tell the escrow team really respected him, too. Overall a seamless sale and I would 10/10 work with him again.
