I would say Dia is one of the best person if looking to buy home in Edison. she is very knowledgeable and humble and she knows perfectly what she is doing. She will not miss guide you just to make deal. she always give you right advice according to your family. She will suggest you in all aspects to buy right home for you. She always respond very quickly even weekends no matter what time, if you have any questions or doubts she always guide you properly. When i was working with Dia i got frustrated lots of time after giving offers and denied but she always say its a process and you will get good home and have patience. Dia failed to represent us as a credible and no-hassle buyer. The seller lost trust in us and as a result put us on the back foot each time during negotiations. She was fairly new to the realty works and negotiating with someone with 20 yrs of experience would require additional supprt, which she failed to seek despite repeated requests to involve manager. Julian, once stepped in, failed to rebuild the faith that Redfin could close the deal. He displayed highly inappropriate behavior to me as a client by yelling abd bullying me. His demeanor was hand down offensive and unacceptable.
