Diane is so very knowledgeable about tiny homes and mobile homes! I knew nothing about a tiny home located in a mobile home park or the things needed. Diane did and she got the things fixed that I needed done. Diane is awesome to work with. Very quick to answer calls and texts. And she’s a very nice, kind lady!!

Dianne was persistent in finding the type of home with the descriptors I wanted. She kept in contact with informative updates in both the purchase and sale and always answered my communications in a timely manner. Dianne watched the market closely and recommended a selling price above what I expected, and sold it at that price. The buyer asked for concessions that I was concerned about making, so she and the other realtor agreed on a reduced commission. It was sold to my complete satisfaction. Dianne is a friendly, "down-to-earth" person who has shown care and concern for me throughout the buying/selling process, as well as after the business transactions.
