Donna sold a house for us last year and when it came time to sell our primary home this year there was no question that we wanted to work with her again. Donna always responded quickly when we had a question and went above and beyond for us to make sure that things went smoothly, especially when complications arose with our need to leave town prior to the closing. Donna was always upbeat and reassuring when we became frustrated with the process! We actually became aware of Redfin while looking for a house in Denver last year and the Agent that we are using in Colorado recommended Donna when we wanted to sell in NY. We already recommended her to a friend and would not hesitate to do so again!
