Donovan is wonderful! In addition to being personable and professional all at the same time, he is responsive and proactive when it comes to all aspects of house hunting. I especially appreciated his attention to detail with each house we looked at and his willingness to accommodate my many walkthrough requests. And when it came time to do inspections, he made himself available to be involved with the process so I wouldn't have to take time off work. He has so much knowledge about the industry and that is apparent in how he handles negotiations and action plans. I would 100% recommend Donovan to anyone looking for housing!
