We were so grateful for Donovan during our home buying process. Not only was he extremely kind, but he was also dependable and made himself available throughout the process. I don't believe we would have had a comparably pleasant experience if we had a different agent. We did not know about the Redfin agency or Donovan prior to our home search but when we booked a tour through Redfin, Donovan showed up to greet us and he took care of us from there without any disappointments!
