I am fortunate to have found Dylan when starting my search for a new home. It is clear that he provides a service more than a sale. Every property we looked at, Dylan would perform a thorough investigation, inspecting for signs on quality of construction, finish, appliances, windows, etc. He also has obvious working knowledge of what codes, regulations, standards are required of homes in Portland (which I knew nothing about and have been able to learn through him). Dylan took the time to get to know what I was looking for in a home including location, size of home, aesthetic, and resale value. He is also quick to respond and an excellent communicator.
