Liz is careless, inconsiderate and not totally honest. For instance, she scheduled the closing at the house we were buying, right after the walkthrough. She said she did this for our benefit, but it was really for hers. The house being empty, we had to stand at the kitchen island to sign all the documents, a 45 minute process during which my wife, with nothing to drink, became quite faint. Meanwhile, Liz sat on a window ledge drinking from her water bottle. The closing should have been done sitting down in an office with drinking water available. As it turned out the closing couldn't even be done right after the walkthrough because of Liz's carelessness in failing to consider the time Rocket Mortgage would need to prepare the documents to be signed.
