Eric helped in getting a plumber and HVAC contractor lined up for minor repairs and got the work set up for while I was on the road, having already moved. When the HVAC person dropped the ball and didn't replace the air filter, leaving the filter panel open, Eric went to the house and made sure the new filter was in place and the cover replaced.

Eric is totally customer service oriented. He was very responsive to our questions and confident that he could get our house house sold in the timeframe we needed. Eric delivered.

Eric is always responsive. When we first contacted him he was on vacation with his family but still made the time to talk with us about our wants and needs. He then jumped on things as soon as he returned.
