Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. He helped walk me through the steps of being a first time home buyer with ease. This was especially helpful, as this was an out if state purchase. He was patient and pleasant to work with. He negotiated with the seller and ensured a fair deal and a quick resolution. The times he did not know the answer to a question I had, he found out the answer quickly and got back to me.
