Fernando was extremely responsive to all queries, prompt and when we had questions, spoke to the seller/agent etc and answered our questions in detail promptly. And also provided valuable insights on pricing. Fernando was also very proactive in keeping us updated on the status of the offer, closing etc while interacting with escrow and seller.
