Fernando was very helpful throughout the entire offer and escrow process. He found all needed relevant information, was able to answer all my questions and contact whoever else had that information. He was very supportive during the process. He even alerted me to a fraudulent listing involving my property that I was able to report, saving others from falling victim to fraud.

Rick and I have been very happy with Fernando's service. He helped us in the purchase of our home. What we loved about Fernando is that he acts in the best interest of his clients. An important part of the transaction was that he was thorough in many ways. He reviewed the inspection reports and brought up key concerns to us. He did a fair comp/analysis so that we could make a competitive yet practical offer. There were multiple bidding and we got the house. Meanwhile Fernando was responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the complete process. He focused on us and our needs rather just to make a deal. Fernando was awesome.

I threw Fernando lots of complicated scenarios and he was very patient. What’s important to know is that he does everything correctly, dotting every i and crossing every t. He does not make mistakes. I consider myself an expert on home prices and he largely lined up with my view on home values. We disagreed sometimes, but that was because I had some other views on the market. Fernando listed and sold my condo in December when the market was confused. He was always responsive, and answered my questions promptly, and helped me make a quick decision.
One of the best thing about him is he is very patient and will listen to all your concerns and come with a pretty good solution which works for you and your family.
