Federico is an extremely communicative and diligent agent. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed throughout the selling process. Federico was a powerful partner in navigating the red tape of dealing with the city of Baltimore and resolving issues that came up in the process of selling. I wish I could export Federico to whatever real estate market I set foot in! I couldn't recommend a better agent.

He was an absolutely amazing realitor! I’m so glad to have worked with him in my house buying process!! He is on top of getting answers and very responsive! Not only was he good at finding and searching for homes for my family he made it like he was buying the house for himself and was honest and upfront if there were problems with the home. He definitely loves what he does and isn’t just in it for the money!!!

Being a First time and a single home buyer, anyone can imagine how intimidating the whole process could be. However, having Federico by the side, from start to finish, made the whole process easier.
