Ross did not attend the inspection or the closing. Both the seller's agents and the title company reported unprofessional conduct from Ross, and difficulty getting in contact with him and his team.

Throughout the whole process of helping us buy our new home Ross was exceptional in every way. It had been 36 years since we had purchased our last home, so we were very anxious about buying a new home in today’s market. Ross put us at ease with his demeanor, knowledge, and attention to details. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions and we never had to wait for answers. He handled every step of the process for us which made it less stressful for us. We are very happy with our new home and its location, and we will be using Ross to sell our previous home. Ross went above and beyond for us, and we would strongly recommend Ross to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
