Ferid was a nice guy but terrible sales guy. After one week on the market, he suggested that we rent our place instead, despite us telling him multiple times we were fine with waiting until the end of the summer for a sale. He really went back-and-forth on his word a lot. He gave us a very little advice on listing. For example we asked him if there was anything we should do to prep the house, he said nothing and then we got a checklist for two days before with a number of items to complete for staging. He did not make sure there was a for sale sign in front of our house ahead of the open house, and he did not have any promotional materials at our open house as they were delivered to our home a week later.
