Gabriel Mellinger

Gabriel was very accommodating when we first got in contact and he told me he would work hard to get me the home I wanted. We saw several places and when I found a place I wanted he worked hard to make sure it was a smooth process. I only have one complaint and that is when I left on vacation I was told that everything would be taken care of with the unit before I returned. I did a remote notary as I was not in state on the closing date but when I returned the place had not been cleaned(dust everywhere, vent wasnt changed, carpet wasn't cleaned, refrigerator was gross with brown stains) and the home warranty wasn't includedas we had discussed. I discussed this with Gabriel and he informed me the Earnest Money I received back(I got all of it back) was to be used for the hime warranty. The problem is that was the first I had heard about it and before I left on vacation I was told that the hime warranty would be included at closing. So I had no AC for about 5 days in Phoenix at the end of August. I was scrambling to get the home warranty. Gabriel tried convincing me that it was beyond his control to make sure the place was cleaned before closing and I was very upset about that. He did help remedy this by setting up some cleaners to come clean the place which I appreciated but I cleaned the carpets myself. Besides the post closing issues I felt Gabriel did great. For others I should suggest staying on top of this stuff even if you are told it will be taken care of specifically. If I knew about some of the issues I could have made decisions ahead of time or negotiated earlier instead of being on the clock to get things done. Gabriel is very personable and communicated outstandingly throughout the majority of the process!

Gabriel was honestly just fantastic to work with. He got me over my list price in just 3/4 days. He is efficient, professional, reliable, friendly, communicative and made my selling experience so easy and smooth. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
