Our house was listed and we got a showing appointment for that afternoon, and we got an offer at 5pm that day. It was over asking and the whole process went so smoothly. Tiffany and Danielle were so patient with my circumstances. When I had to wait another year with Covid, they even helped me find a rental, and then jumped right back in putting in 150% to get me into a new home. In this market, they went well above and beyond what was expected and got me everything I was hoping for, and then some!!!!
