Geoff was very professional in handling my beach property. I was very impressed with the pictures and virtual video of my house and lot. He kept me informed on all activity. He honored my request that only he and his son would show the property. I did an exchange 1031 and Geoff was my realtor and once again he followed through. I would definitely recommend him.
