Throughout our home-buying process, Gloria was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful and I appreciate her taking the time to sit down and go over any questions I had. Gloria also provided support beyond just the transaction. When we were stressed about selling our current property while buying a new one, she sat down and reviewed our situation and offered advice that saved us tons of stress in the long run. It was one of the things I cherished most. Gloria helped to educate us about each step, from mortgage pre-approval to closing. Her guidance in understanding the mortgage process was particularly helpful.
