We initially just browsed all the usual suspects like NWMLS, Zillow, Redfin, etc and "window shopped" and went to a couple open houses before finally decided to book a tour on a house. Gunjan was the responding agent and setup the meet with us. We hadn't really committed to the idea of a realtor yet and she didn't pressure us into agreeing to the representation and just offered her expertise and insights on the area. Later that day on the other side of the area we noticed another house in our price range and asked Gunjan (while we still hadn't signed on) if she could let us tour that house. 3 hrs later we were in, still not signed on. This is ultimately what led us to having Gunjan represent us going forward. We've heard stories of realtors here being pushy or eager to get offers in or "promise the moon and deliver only dust" and none of that applied to Gunjan. She was great with our kid, explained each step on what to expect and was very flexible in accommodating our schedules often with little warning on changes. Highly recommend her for first time home buyers
