She worked hard for us and went to bat to support us during the extended closing process and especially with some issues that were discovered during the purchasing process. She was very resourceful and found us another lender when our first one didn't work out. She supported us while we lived in another State and helped with somethings I think weren't probably on her job duties. She was always available during workdays, weekends and evenings. Gunjan was always fast at responding to questions, she was super patient, took all of our requests seriously, and made this super stressful time for us much easier. We would 100% work with her again and recommend her. We were in a super unique situation, due to COVID, we weren’t in the country, but Gunjun video called us to show us houses and was very honest about them. This made us trust her. Anytime we wanted to see specifics of the house, she got it done (I had asked to see the insides of the kitchen cabinets).

Gunjan was a pleasure to work with. We were living in Boston and trying to purchase a home from there. She sent a lot of information and when we were able to get to Seattle, took us out and showed us everything we wanted to see. We were unable to purchase anything while we were in town because homes were going so quickly. Afterward, she video toured homes with us. We found one we liked and she took care of the inspection and all we needed for closing. She answered every question promptly and was always available. She continues to help with questions after closing. We highly recommend Gunjan.
